Fit Tip Today:
Women who lift weights burn more calories in the 24 hours following their workout than those who do just cardio. Also the heavier you are able to lift the better your body will burn fat.

When you get ‘old’ like me, I have had to go down in weight, and do more reps. Still have great ‘guns’, because my shoulders can’t take the 80 lb weight anymore.

I hear ya! I can no longer lift heavy due to herniated discs in my neck, but you are right increasing your reps is just as good. And you do have great guns! 😊
